The project includes carefully designed areas for different healthcare services to ensure smooth workflow and quality patient care.
The layout includes spacious waiting areas, consulting rooms, a pharmacy, necessary services on the first level, and accommodations for potential growth. Two design proposals were suggested: one for a mid-rise structure that focuses on maximizing coverage and another for a high-rise building that emphasizes maximizing FAR utilization, with both aiming to create a sustainable and user-friendly atmosphere.
